Hey everyone, this is Kristen with Living Able and today I'm going to show you how I

transfer from my chair to the couch and back again.

If my video is looking a little different, I do have a cameraman today which is going

to make this a whole lot better so I can be able to make sure that you get all the different

angles and see where my hands are and that kind of thing.
